Marketing brochure for master planned real estate development in San Antonio, located near the San Antonio campus of Texas A&M. Designed as a top-level preview of the project scope, the brochure sets a contemporary tone and upbeat vibe for this long-range development project.
Graphic design and copywriting, 2013. Our brochure for Verano became the visual centerpiece of the client's one-on-one marketing efforts for this ambitious, large scale development in Southeast San Antonio. Bordering the key growth area of the Eagle Ford shale play, Verano's master plan includes components of multi-family residential development, neighborhood retail, commercial real estate, and industrial park areas. The developer requested a brochure to give top-level information about the intent and scope of the project, and to create a branded look for the project. I wrote and designed this piece, incorporating visuals and a fold-out map (not shown) from the architects' preliminary drawings and supporting lifestyle photography.
